Growing up, fitness has always been an essential part of my life. Swimming from the age of five alongside boxing and karate at fourteen years old. Training has since, always been an integral part of my lifestyle. Deciding to pursue a career in fitness, I knew I had to know all that I could in order to fully understand the human body and its ability to transform and adopt with the right diet and exercise. I qualified from the National Sport Academy and certified by the Bulgaria Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation, allowing me the license to practice bodybuilding coaching. Taking my studies and experience further here, in London, I achieved the NASM personal training certificate level 3 and went on to compete in Men’s Physique, becoming British champion 2019.
I strongly believe that adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to a consistently strong and fit physique. Which is why i ensure that there is a diet plan and training program suited to each individual’s dietary restrictions and lifestyle. Wether you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten/lactose intolerant etc. Whether you lead a busy lifestyle or wish to make training your focus, there is something for everyone.
